The Question from a June 3rd 2015 blog still remains, are our Elected Commissioners properly Bonded?
Randy Shepherd after doing a public records request with Brett Kraft BOTH say no and once again before the 2016 Election declares Tim Wert ineligible to be CONsidered Re-Elect because of bond not being properly filed. Matter of FACT it appears none of our Elected Commissioners appear properly bonded by Ohio Revised Code which depicts bonds are to be Approved by our Probate Judge Phil Mayer. Not a single one of these public records show approval by Phil Mayer, how ever they are all individually notarized by commissioner staff member Stacy Crall without completion of approval first, so is there another copy secretly kept somewhere else other than where these were found as law requires, in the County Treasures office?
305.04 Bond of county commissioners – oath of office. CLEARLY tells us how these bonds are effective, do these look effective to you still remains to be asked.
Randy Shepherds declaration in Mansfielders Perspective Group on facebook as it was written.
Randy Shepherd Wert should be disqualified not only from the ballot but from voting at all.. Personatuing a public official is a federal offence. I know his bond papers as of July 15 2009 are fraud and not file or endorsed in any way by the Probate Judge as law requires. a little research and didlgence on the part of his party to vet would reveal he is a terrorist ans treasonist.. not fit for office and barred from voting..
Randy Shepherd Cleanse the ballot of felons and change will happen. Folks this is a proven conspiracy to opress Richland County residents. Not alleged a proven conspiracy. it covers both the Democratic party and the repuublican party. If they choose to parade felons on our ballot they are to be sanctioned as a party from voting or registering or controlling. You want change?? Refuse to allow these felons on your ballot.. That requires your active particpation in the vetting process. By means od affidavit of disqualifaction filed at the BOE.. Lets fix Richland COunty punish the guilty and free the innocent.. Thta is how community comes together.. not be forced to vote for either one felon or another?? Good honest people on the ballot. those who are willing to earn your precious vote not lie to you, not decieve you and certainly not arrest you.. Stve Sheldon is a felon I cannot allow him or his gang to arrest me… OOOPs that is what happend to Mike Skidmore.. You maybe next empower felons not punish them and we have no chance of change..
Randy Shepherd hOPE EDUCATED VOTERS KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FELONS ON THE BALLOT AND OFFICES DEEMED VACANT. THE BOE OWES US HONESTY AND VETTING OF POTENTIAL CANDIDATES. iF OYU HAVE COMMITTED A FELONY AND ARE FUGATIVE FROM JUSTICE (SHELDON) YOU DO NOT QUALIFY TO VOTE OR BE ON THE BALLOT.. ITS DECEPTION TO THE PEOPLE GO FIGURE??

Yes, these Bonds were public requested via the County Treasures office, HOW CAN THESE BONDS BE EFFECTIVE if not filed properly? I think Randy Shepherd is accurate in saying this LAW has been broken, you say???
